I have been involved in the building trade for almost 30 years as a Project Co-ordinator for a residential developer, a Licensed Realtor, and the last 18 years in the Home Inspection Industry. Our Business:

In August of 2006, I  started this company at the urging of a number of Real Estate Professionals. I would like to thank them as this has become a great oppurtunity to continue in the Housing Industry. Stepping out on my own was a difficult decision, but as a good friend told me "you can't steal 2nd with your foot on first base". Much the same is buying a new home. Set your goals and go forward.
